Caroline Moellering

Caroline Moellering, once named Rookie of the Year, is an @properties broker in Chicago. She has lived in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods for over 30 years. She is well­ versed about the real estate market in downtown Chicago and has expertise in architecturally and historically significant residential properties.

Moellering is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). In her first year at @properties, Caroline achieved top producer status as a Road to Rolex Award recipient (2018). She is a member of Top Agent Network which is limited to top producers in the MLS.

Moellering is passionate about art, architecture, design, and travel. She has degrees in Art History, and French, from Indiana University. She is an enthusiastic lakefront runner, and proud mom to three children (one daughter attends the Francis W. Parker School, another daughter is an undergraduate at Wake Forest University, and her son is an undergraduate at Tulane University).
